It most likely is 009, since there is a gap between Guitar Speak and Guitar Speak II (008 and 010, respectively). Beginning with this album, the design of the No Speak Series loses its consistency. The design of the album was by Donald Kreiger. There is text by Jac Holzman about the artist in the two-page booklet. The back of the booklet promotes the other known No Speak albums at the time, the 8 prior releases. This is the last album in the series to have an IRSD- prefix catalog number.
